Welcome to the Falcons!
The Falcons Flight Team is a student organization at Florida Tech. The Flight Team competes under and is sanctioned by the National Intercollegiate Flying Association (NIFA). Members compete for various positions on the team for both ground and flight events for the opportunity to represent the team at a regional and national competition.
Nifa runs both safety and evaluation conferences (SAFECON) only allowing the top placing teams at the regional competitions to advance to the national level.
The Falcons Flight Team has a dedication and passion for flight that does not stop at competition. The team hosts numerous events for the College of Aeronautics at Florida Tech which promotes aviaiton safety.
Our Goal
The Falcons Flight Team Goal, as a competitive precision flight team, is to excel in every aspect of Aviation by promoting hard work, dedication, desire, and discipline while working as a team to promote aviation safety and become the best flight team in the nation.
